If you follow me on any social media you will of seen on Sunday i went to BeautyUK which is a beauty trade show at the NEC in Birmingham, i also shared on my snapchat (Gracies_x) the products that i purchased.
I was on the lookout for some pretty glitters for eyes and ill be honest i didn't see much however i saw a huge stand for the brand 'Pierre Rene' which i personally have never heard of before but i saw they had a few loose eye shadows i paid just over £5 for each pot which has 5g in each pot.
So i picked up four colours i got a lovely silver shade (01) a pretty sparkling champagne shade (05) a sweet salmon pink shade (22) and also a true gold shade (20).
I had a play around with them and wanted to see how i could make them more pigmented as they are very faint. I decided to spray an eye shadow brush with a setting spray then dipped it into the pot and the difference was incredible! Some good setting sprays are M.A.C Fix+ £17 and the Avon Makeup Setting Spray £6 - personally i prefer the Avon product as its cheaper, you get 25ml more than M.A.C and i also prefer how it sprays out.

I have swatched the loose pigments before & after using a setting spray
I hope you found this interesting and helpful to read, it works with any loose pigment, you can also use this technique with eye shadows but make sure to not get the eye shadow palette or individual wet because it will ruin it.
